“Help me”
I have pain in my right arm but mostly in my upper arm. I have been to the doctor but they didn't find anything, I have used Menzza (cooling relief for muscular pains) but it was no help. And the pain gets worse around the time I have my period, what should I do?

This sounds more like a soft tissue or a rotator cuff injury, which should be further evaluated through an orthopedic specialist and perhaps an MRI, but that remains in the discretion of the physician that is evaluating you.
I recommend getting a second opinion. Your symptoms are somewhat vague and need to be investigated further.
