Help me please?

Hello, I used to suffer from asthma when I was young (or as it was diagnosed) and fainted once and now I suffer from constant shortness of breath and chest pain. Sometimes I feel tight and wake up and feel like my body is frozen and I can not see anything around me for 4 hours and I also suffer from pain in the shoulders and sometimes I dizzy and feel hot in my chest, but when I stand up this feeling goes away. I do not have corona and I have never smoked, I am 17.

Sounds terrible. There are a lot of things to consider. But, I would first decide if there is a component of stress or anxiety and treat that first,
I am fairy certain that you are not having heart attacks. That would be very unlikely in a 17 year old without heart disease. It is possible that you are still suffering from asthma. Many of the symptoms you describe can be related to anxiety. You need to see your doctor for a complete cardiopulmonary evaluation. If all is well, ask your doctor about anxiety.
