Help?

I had unprotected sex on the 13th and used a pull out method and I ovulated on the 17th and on the 18th to the 21st I saw a brown discharge in those days. Then I was told that I have pelvic inflammatory disease and on the first day of my treatment I peed and didn't clean up and them my outer vaginal area was itchy and when I cleaned up I noticed a thick light pink discharge but then I was told that the day I got the discharge was the same date implantation could likely occur and during my pelvic inflammatory disease treatment I always felt pain In my right uterus and my period tracker says my period is supposed to start today or tomorrow. But I'm feeling little cramps and I'm scared I'll get pregnant and yesterday I noticed a creamy discharge with a bit of odor.

Your discharge seems to be a yeast/fungal infection. It probably happened because of the antibiotics you were given to treat the pelvic inflammatory disease.
Always use protection unless you can accept the risk. Mid cycle spotting is not uncommon. If you went to the ER, pelvic inflammatory disease is commonly diagnosed when it is not the correct diagnosis. You may need to consult your physician
