“Hematoma not going away”
Approx 7 months ago I fell really hard on some steps and bruised my right buttocks. 7 months later and there is still a long lump on the top of my right buttocks where i hit the stairs. It doesn't affect my day to day activities and only tender if i put pressure on it.

Too bad you are not in my neck of the woods. If so, I could fix that for you. Try to find a low level laser therapist in your vicinity. That would be the solution to your issue. Make sure the therapist uses a bona finde apparatus, the only one that I know of comes from Thor Laser in the UK. They are farily common in the USA.
