Hemoglobin levels?

Is it possible to raise your hemoglobin level from 9.1 to 11.1 in one week?

You may raise your hemoglobin levels by eating more food that contain iron. Like poultry, meat, tofu, and leafy greens like spinach and kale. If your hemoglobin is too low, I recommend seeing a health care provider to monitor your blood level and find the origin of the anemia. Test to confirm your diagnosis are essential. The complete blood count (CBC) is the most common test used to confirm anemia. It is part of the routine tests done. The complete CBC test the hemoglobin and hematocrit. The hemoglobin is the iron-rich protein part in the red blood cell that carries the oxygen. The hematocrit is a measure how much space the red blood cells take up in your blood. Low level of hemoglobin or hematocrit signify anemia. Thank you.
If you receive a blood transfusion or become severely dehydrated. One always has to consider lab error. Probably should be rechecked if no reason can be given for the change.

It would be highly unlikely without a red blood cell transfusion or being severely dehydrated. One of those numbers was probably in error.
