How accurate is a CT scan for bone cancer?

I will have a CT scan for bone cancer. How accurate is a CT scan for bone cancer?

The specificity is 95% and sensitivity 73%. The Positron Emission Tomography CT scan (PETCT) is 98.0% and 93.83% specificity and sensitivity respectively. Now, the most definitive diagnosing bone cancer is bone biopsy. Thank you.
It will let you know something is wrong, but it would have to be biopsied for confirmation.
