A thorough eye examination by an optometrist that most likely can prescribe glasses for computer to make you more comfortable.
See your local optometrist who will examine you and see if you are a candidate for blue light lenses like Eyezen to relieve your eye strain.
You should go to see eye doctor to determine why you have eye strain then fix it accordingly.

The most important question that you need answered is; do you have "eye strain" or do you need a prescription in order to correct a refractive problem like myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, or presbyopia that would be resolved with glasses or contact lenses? I would suggest that you see an optometrist in order to have your eyes checked and also to be sure that medically your eyes are healthy based on your job, hobbies, professional needs, and your age.
