Yes, by cataract surgery. Removing the cataracts will improve your vision
A cataract is a clouding of the natural lens of the eye. Sometimes, as cataract changes, it will shift the glasses power required to obtain the best vision, but not always. So an assessment of glasses needs can sometimes improve vision to som extent. When cataracts become visually limiting, your local eye doctor can counsel you regarding possible surgery.

Generally your vision doesn't tend to improve with cataracts. If anything it's the opposite, over time all of the general population develops cataracts much like grey hair as part of the aging process. The only way to improve the vision is to have the cataract removed and have an intraocular lens replace the cloudy lens with a clear lens. Your ophthalmologist can help you with this when you are ready.
Yes with cataract surgery.
Cataracts are normal and happen to all humans, provided they live long enough. Some improvements can be made with glasses. At some point, the only corrected measure will be the removal of the cataract. My post surgery patients are happy that they are able to see colors they did not realize they missed seeing as well as improved vision.
