I got Invisalign 2 weeks ago. How can I make my Invisalign more comfortable?

In most cases, if you wear your Invisalign full time they will feel more comfortable as your oral tissues will get used to them.
If the discomfort is severe, please ask your board certified orthodontist so they could diagnose the cause of the discomfort and resolve it.

As your teeth move, soreness is unavoidable. It will come and go throughout treatment. Some helpful tips:
1. Be consistent. Wearing your aligners consistently 22 hours a day will be the most effective way to keep soreness to a minimum.
2. Keep your appointments with your orthodontist! There are adjustments to your aligner attachments and polishing between your teeth that MUST be done at SPECIFIC intervals. If not done on your orthodontist's timeline, you will not see the results you want or have long lasting results.
