Wear if full time. Consult your board certified orthodontist to see if you are a candidate to any accelerated orthodontic technologies.
Are you keeping them in to eat?
Research is showing this can help them work faster.
Keep your teeth really clean. Plaque between the teeth getting hard can stop movement too.

You can try swapping the aligners out weekly. Just be careful you do not damage the new aligner. If the new aligner doesn't fit, then you have to wear the previous aligner longer.
