First, make sure you are comfortable with your contact lenses. Then , give yourself a break in the evenings when you’re home. Always remove your lenses
if you have any eye discomfort, and call your doctor if it doesn’t resolve in a short period of time.

1. Take them out sooner
2. Don't sleep in them unless they are recommended for that
3. Make sure they are cleaned regularly and in good condition if they are not disposable.
4. Use rewetting eyedrops recommended for those lenses if they feel dry.
5. If they are regularly uncomfortable when inserted see your prescriber

1. Cut down your wearing time.
2. Keep your eyes moist and refreshed all the time.
3. When wearing your contact lens, place a contact lens "rewetting agent frequently.

I recommend against wearing contacts for long hours. But if you must, make sure that they are well fitting. The best would be to use daily disposable lenses, which are the thinnest and don’t require as much handling.

Try to reduce wearing time, use disposable contact lenses to reduce the risk of infection and contact lens intolerance.
