You don't need to do that. The stomach lining is constantly regenerating naturally, like the rest of the GI tract. If you think something happened to your stomach lining then chances are you were misinformed.
Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medicine. You can take a short course of pepcid or Omeprazole over the counter as well.
