Front of hip (groin),side of hip, back of hip (buttocks)? Usually walking causes side of hip pain (hip bursitis-I-T Band Tendinosis). Get X-ray to rule out arthritis. If bursitis, a cortisone injection plus physio exercise are key treatments.
