Invisalign or metal braces.
Hello,

There are a couple of ways to straighten teeth. Traditional braces and clear aligner therapy. My favorite is using aligners as they are cleaner, gentler, and more discrete. Since you can remove them, flossing is a breeze and because you don’t have brackets to worry about coming off, you can enjoy all the foods you like. We use Invisalign and SureSmile in our practice.
Visit a Dentist, discuss your specific desires, concerns and allow a professional to help you achieve that goal- do it on your own and you’re on your own, including managing the risks.
Depending on severity of your case traditional braces or Clear Aligners can be utilized to straighten your teeth .
Speak with your dentist. There are two methods to straighten teeth, clear aligners and braces. Here at my practices, we like clear aligners best because you are able to take them out and floss and brush thus keeping your teeth and gums health. Find out more information at https://www.divineexpressionsdentistry.com/invisalign/

Find a reputable dentist and have Invisalign done - there are a million do-it-yourself techniques out there, but we've seen a lot of people who try that and THEN showed up in our office to have it fixed (and they wish they had started with us instead of trying to do it inexpensively).
Best advice is to seek a consultation appointment with an orthodontist. Some situations require the use of physical braces, while others can be performed with orthodontic trays such as Invisalign.
Good luck.
