Kidney pain is usually in the back near the kidneys, either in the right or left side. Pain in urination can be a kidney infection or UTI. Urinary Tract Infection is UTI. When bacteria get to the kidneys is done though the Urinary tract system. The infection is in the kidneys when you start having lower back pain, fever, chills, or pain while urinating. Usually, the pain is on your sides under the rib cage on either side. It may spread to the groin are also. Thank you.
