You can use the basal body temperature method or an app to track your cycles and determine when you ovulate.
Some signs of ovulation are
1-pelvic pain that can last for about 2 days
2-ovulatory bleed, very light can last for 2 days
3-increased mucousy vaginal discharge
4-some women notice increase in libido
