Hello,

One way to find out if you are allergic to peaches or cherries is to schedule an appointment with an allergist and get tested. Another way is if you eat peaches or cherries and breakout or have itchy throat or skin. Sometimes your throat may itch due to what is prayed(pesticides) on the fruits. You might be allergic to the pesticides on the skin of the fruit. How you will find out is, buy organic peaches or cherries and eat it to see if your throat itches vs eating non-organic peaches or cherries and see how you feel. I hope this help.
If you suspect you have a food allergy, I always recommend reaching out to your physician as allergies can be life threatening. Here are some symptoms of food allergies: * Skin reactions (itchy, hives) * Oral symptoms (itchy or tingling sensation, swelling) * Gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) * Respiratory (sneezing, stuffy nose, coughing, shortness of breath, wheezingSEVERE) * Other (swelling, dizziness, changes in heart rate) If cherries and peached make you feel poorly, I would suggest no longer ingesting them.

You should see an allergist and have proper allergy testing and address the symptoms you are experiencing when eating.
