My baby is 2 months old and puts her hand near her tummy. How do I know if my toddler is nauseous?

There is no way to know if a small child is nauseous. Infants at a young age cannot localize pain very well, so placing their hands on their tummy means very little if anything. If you think your child is nauseous, then have a conversation with her doctor.
