Babies usually stop feeding when full. Most women feed 10 minutes per side of which most milk is gotten out in 5 minutes and the rest is sucking time. Best judge if baby is getting enough is weight gain.
If you feed 10-15 minutes on each side every 2-3 hrs and they have wet diaper after feeding and gaining weight appropriately about 0.5-1 oz a day they are getting enough. I would try to pump as well if you can, they need about 3oz of breast milk every 2-3hrs. Hope this helps!
Hello

Usually the baby looks content and stops crying. Your baby may pop off the breast.
Breastfeeding babies can choose whether they are just suckling at the breast (for comfort) or if they're hungry and "transferring milk" (aka eating). You cannot overfeed a breastfeeding baby, as s/he knows whether to eat or not. Allow your baby to stay at breast for as long as s/he wants to. S/he will fall asleep when no longer interested in being there.

Babies stop sucking/nursing when they are full - they may pull off the breast completely or just doze off with an occasional mouth movement.
