Babies usually stop feeding when full. Most women feed 10 minutes per side of which most milk is gotten out in 5 minutes and the rest is sucking time. Best judge if baby is getting enough is weight gain.
If you feed 10-15 minutes on each side every 2-3 hrs and they have wet diaper after feeding and gaining weight appropriately about 0.5-1 oz a day they are getting enough. I would try to pump as well if you can, they need about 3oz of breast milk every 2-3hrs. Hope this helps!
Breastfeeding babies can choose whether they are just suckling at the breast (for comfort) or if they're hungry and "transferring milk" (aka eating). You cannot overfeed a breastfeeding baby, as s/he knows whether to eat or not. Allow your baby to stay at breast for as long as s/he wants to. S/he will fall asleep when no longer interested in being there.
