How do I stop my knees from cracking?

I am a 19 year old male. My knees keep making cracking noises after a fall during lacrosse.

Hard to recommend without specific examination but often this is weakening of ligaments that are rubbing on bones. Proper evaluation and working with physical therapy to make sure the knee is working properly is recommended.
Hard to know the structure that is cracking without an exam, etc. Probably should see a sports med specialists if the cracking is new or painful.

Woodlock Oil massages and Acupuncture with Moxibustion. Change your diet, start Flaxseed Oil sotfgel 2,000 mg BID. Consult Functional Medicine to check for Vitamin and micronutrient deficiency.
There are a couple of possibilities for this to be happening. Physical therapy can help strength the muscles/ligaments/tendons around the knee to make sure everything is working smoothly. Supplement-wise you can try glucosamine-chondroitin and/or tumeric. Look up 'Plica Syndrome' too, see if you have any other those symptoms.
After a trauma, there are too many possible answers to your question. You should have it evaluated by either a sports medicine subspecialist or your team physician (or both)
Try to do exercises that fortify those muscles.
If the popping is not painful it may simply be your body releasing gasseous byproducts of metabolism and there is nothing to do in most cases. Painful popping can be investigated if desired.
