“How do I treat pachydermodactyly?”
I want to find a doctor that is close to me that can treat this, it is a very rare case. There are only 121 cases worldwide. Can I get a number or location I live in Florida?

I’m sorry. You are right this is extremely rare. It will require a multi disciplinary approach with a hand surgeon, rheumatologist, and perhaps orthopaedic oncologist. I recommend consulting your local hand surgeon and asking for an appropriate referral.

I think your best bet would be to call the Mayo Clinic, Florida in Ft. Lauderdale or the Mayo Clinic in Weston, Florida.
