I am a 28 year old male. I want to know how do hospitals treat shortness of breath?

With oxygen normally, if the pulse oxygenation is low. It depends on the cause of the shortness of breath. Asthma?? Chest pain? Pneumonia?? Need more information.
Treatment must be based on diagnosis based on history examination investigations, often blood tests including blood gases. If you have the problem, seek advice of a doctor to rule out heart and lung diseases. Not one to give advice on media.
