“Whats wrong with me”
I woke up with a migraine followed by vomiting and then blurred vision in one eye

First of all, have you been diagnosed with migraine headaches or are you just calling it a migraine, because it is a really bad headache? If you truely do have migraines, than these symptoms can certainly be from one. IF these symptoms ARE different than your usual headaches, you should be seen in the Emergency Dept. and/or get in touch with your PCP first. Weather or not you have been diagnosed with migraines, if this HA is different than your usual HAs and/or the eye complaint is new, go to the emergency department for a work up.
