How do you fix a dislocated spine?

I am a 28 year old male. I want to know how do you fix a dislocated spine?

A dislocated spine can be corrected by reduction and immobilization. A better option is a spinal fusion as you are young and and have many years ahead of you. The fusion will keep the vertebra in position and mobilization will be faster.
