“How do you know if your child is allergic to Tylenol?”
I am a 33 year old female. I want to know how do you know if your child is allergic to Tylenol?

There is no test that I am aware of to test for it. If you are suspicious of it, start by putting a drop on his arm and look for redness or other reaction over the next day or two. If no reaction, put a drop in mouth and watch for reaction, Have antihistamine available and phone to call 911 if there is a severe reaction. That said, I have never seen a severe allergic reaction to it.
