I am a 17 year old male and I have abdominal pain. How do you know when abdominal pain is serious?

If there is an abdominal pain that is constant and doesn’t improve within 28 – 48 hours, and bloating last about the same time, go to an UC / ER or call your health care provider immediately. Usually is a severe pain that makes it difficult to function. When there is a sudden onset of stomach pain, and high fever. Thank you.
When abdominal pain persists more than 1/2 an hour and abdomen is tender to touch you have to consult a doctor
