I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how do you make the workplace safer with Covid?

The basic answer is to wash your hands / use anti-bacterial hand sanitizers before and after using/touching things in shared office spaces. Increase air circulation, if possible. If you are able to space our allow for 6 feet space around working spaces. Make sure to wipe down counters/shared work spaces with clorox/ lysol- like wipes. Basic rule stay home if you are having any cold/flu like symptoms. If you have to be at work wearing a fitted disposable mask is also helpful.
