How do you realign your lower back yourself?

I am a 40 year old male. I want to know how do you realign your lower back yourself?

You should never attempt to realign your lower back yourself. Chiropractors have to spend an average of 4 years of Undergraduate work and 4 years post graduate work to learn how to realign the body. It's always best to see an expert. I would visit a chiropractor in your area. Hope this helps!
Certain stretches or strengthening exercises can be beneficial. Consult with your chiropractor before doing these things though to avoid aggravation to your condition.
Unfortunately, the short answer is, "you don't." Realigning the spine at any level needs to be done by a trained professional. However, you can improve your range of motion and strength in the low back with a stretching and exercise program. There are many good programs to be found on the internet. I personally like Crossover Symmetry.
It is unsafe to try to align your spine yourself. It is my opinion that doing core strengthening exercises over a period of time would be safer to stabilize the spine and improve your posture. Only a trained professional should align your spine.
