I had a heart attack 2 weeks ago. I want to know how do you rehab after a heart attack?

It is important that you go to see a physical therapist for any exercise post-heart attack. It is called cardiac rehabilitation program.

Cardiac Rehabilitation involves a therapy regimen that must be followed woth close monitoring of vital signs. I suggest consulting with a healthy care professIonal when starting physical therapy to address your condition.
Could be very slow under the close supervision of your Cardiologist and Physical Therapist
PT/OT for a minimum of 6 weeks.
