Thank you for your question. Constipation occurs for a variety of reasons. It can be due to lack of fiber, poor hydration or medications you may be taking. It's important for women to eat at least 25 grams of fiber per day. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Choose whole-grains over refined ones and make sure to exercise at least 30 minutes per day.
Complex issue, need proper intake history to assess the cause.

First of all, you need to be evaluated to find what is causing your constipation. Your treatment will depend on that. Read more here: https://www.philahomeopathy.com/constipation-homeopathic-treatment/
By treating your constipation.
Pain from constipation should occur if you have not had a bowel movement (BM) for several days and should be relieved by the BM. If this is your situation, then the solution is to have more frequent BMs using dietary change, fiber supplements, and laxatives, either over the counter or prescription.
Most likely the pain is related to constipation. Regular bowel movements would probably relieve the pain. A daily fiber supplement would be the first option and adding supervised laxatives either OTC versus prescribed ones should be considered if fiber supplements do not provide enough relief.
If you have painful constipation you may have a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome with constipation. There are medical treatments for this. See your doctor.
