Unfortunately, there is little treatment that doctors can prescribe for babies with stomach infections. The majority of the time, stomach infections are due to a virus and the baby has to simply fight off the infection on their own and get better with time. Occasionally you can try certain medications to help with vomiting but many of these drugs are not safe for babies and should be avoided. Keep feeding your baby a healthy diet and make sure to avoid dehydration while they fight off the illness.
