“How do you treat knee wobbliness?”
I am a 37 year old female. I want to know how do you treat knee wobbliness?

It depends on why your knee is unstable. A sports orthopaedist should examine your knee, so that you can discuss it with him (or her).
Start by strengthening your quadriceps muscles with resistance training exercises (you can find these online). If it persists, see an orthopedic surgeon to make sure you don't have a structural issue.
Hello,
Assuming that you have no major ligament injury, then the best way to gain stability in the knee is to establish good CORE strength (google Core exercises and perform at least every other day), hip and knee exercises to regain strength, and finally, work on balance (BAPS or balance board). Muscles and balance will take minimum 6 weeks to see improvement, so be patient.
Good luck. Happy holidays.
