The transplanted heart is a new heart. It is the rejection medications which will chart your daily life. You can work full time.
You should be back to normal in 6 weeks to 3 months taking all your immunosuppressive drugs regularly. The definition of normal differs.
After heart surgery, you usually cannot do heavy lifting for 6 weeks. After a heart transplant, assuming no rejection, immunosuppression issues, psychological issues, no reason one could not go back to activities with restriction within a month.
