You should talk to your surgeon before doing that, as it depends on personal recovery as well. Generally speaking after 8-10 weeks patient can start to resume regular, graded physical activity.
If your procedure is laparoscopic or robotic with small incisions, you can generally lift weights at 2 weeks as long as you inhale and exhale with each rep. If your procedure is open with a long incision, you should wait 6 weeks.
