How long after stent surgery can you drive?

I am a 50 year old male. I want to know how long after stent surgery can you drive?

Typically as soon as you are off of pain meds. Would avoid until you complete your first doctor visit.
It depends on what type of stent surgery (cardiac, peripheral or venous) and if they approached from the groin or the arm. In general, if you are not on narcotic pain medication and you have a drivers license you can drive at least short distances in 2-3 days.
