Not very long. Depends on how fast is the surgeon and how complicated is the procedure. Approximately 2 hours.
You are under anesthesia for the duration of the surgery. However long it takes your surgeon to do the surgery. You should ask your surgeon how long it takes her or him to do the surgery.
