That is a great question but a hard one to answer. Healthy Implants usually last 20 years or longer and dentures usually need to be resorting around 5-10 years due to bone reducing but when you have implant supports, your bone does not resorb as quick. So implant fixed dentures should last you many years unless they break or implants fail.
