It depends on a number of factors. How clean do you keep your teeth? How acidic is your diet/ oral environment? You need to brush thoroughly twice daily and floss nightly to keep plaque at bay and prevent cavities. Acidic things can etch the porcelain, so things that stain a white countertop could then stain your laminates. Please do not do things like open bottle caps or bite into bones or pits with your teeth - you could then chip or break your laminates.
