How long do you need physical therapy after a hip replacement?

I need physical therapy after my hip replacement. How long do you need physical therapy after a hip replacement?

Many people do not require physical therapy after hip replacement. Simply walking and normal activities can rehabilitate the new hip. In some cases, patients benefit from PT for strengthening and gait training, but not required.
Until you are confident to continue the exercises on your own.
