Pt generally stays in the ICU post CABG for 24-48 hrs and in the hospital for 4-7 days. ICU stays may be longer if there are any complications like post op bleeding, heart failure, arrhythmias, or infection (pneumonia, sepsis).
It depends up to 4 days.
