Without seeing the X-ray of your missing tooth and knowing what type of implant is being used and the skill of your surgeon it is tough to tell. Ask your American Dental Association dentist/surgeon what to expect.
It depends. Is there bone grafting involved? Generally speaking, I would say an hour or less.
Under normal circumstances, 4 months in the lower jaw, 6 months in the upper jaw.
