A correctly treated root canal should last permanently. Teeth with a root canal treatment should have a crown place over them to prevent the tooth from breaking and loosing the tooth.
Ideally it should last for many years, even decades. It all depends on the reason it was needed, how stable the tooth is prior to and after the root canal and most importantly how well it gets taken care of over time. Repeated trauma, bad bite mechanics, or having to replace the filling or crown due to decay, again and again, will all shorten the life of the tooth with the root canal.
Uncomplicated Root canal treatment on the anterior tooth will take about 1 hour.
It really depends on who is doing it and whether it is an initial root canal or a redo of an existing root canal. Typically, it takes no more than an hour.
It depends on multiple factors like proper diagnosis, tooth restorability, periodontal status, provider skills, proper irrigation and obturation protocol, and proper coronal restoration. But typically, it should last more than 10 years.
A properly done front root canal should last about 25 years.
