How long does it take for a UTI to go away without antibiotics?

I was diagnosed with a UTI. I don't want to take antibiotics. How long does it take for a UTI to go away without antibiotics?

Usually, three to seven days if you are healthy, without an immunocompromised disease. Also, depend on the type of organism is causing the UTI. Thank you.
Untreated it gets worse
It won’t go away, it can actually get worse and go up to your kidney to cause permanent kidney damage and even septic shock. I highly recommend you take the antibiotics.
