The length of time for an implant to fully osseointegrated (fused to the bone) is varies. It depends on the age, health history, medications, etc. Generally speaking, it takes around 4-6 months.
The typical healing time for osseointegration is between 3 and 4 months, but it can take up to 6 months depending on the situation and recommendation from your surgeon.
That is dependent on a few variables such as: how stable the implant is placed at the time of surgery, the quality and density of the bone, the implant site in the mouth, the type of implant fixture used, and the manufacturer’s recommendation based upon their research for the type of implant used. That said the range of time for an implant to fuse is 8 weeks to 6 months.
Usually between 3-4 months but depending to bone quality when the implant was placed I have waited up to 6 months to restore the implant(s) with a tooth or prosthesis. I also take into account and medical conditions the Pt has (diabetes, blood or bone type conditions) which can contribute to delayed healing.

There are many factors that determine the time it takes for the implant to "fuse" to the bone. Typically it is around 3-4 months, but can take longer when there has been grafted bone or when bone was grafted during the implant surgery. Cases involving grafted bone usually take 5-6 months of healing time.
It takes 3-5 months for an implant to fully integrate into the bone depending on the location of the implant (because of the quality/density of the bone)
It really depends on your health conditions, bone quality, and how the placement procedure went. Usually it can be between 3-6 months
Average time is 8-12 weeks but varies with the location and quality of the bone .The dentist who places the implants can answer this question more specifically. Thanks
As general wound healing varies in all individuals, the average time it takes for an implant to “fuse to the surrounding bone” is usually 3-6 months. Osseointegration is the term used to describe this fusion process.
