I am a 29 year old female. I want to know how long does it take for your throat to heal from acid reflux?

Usually in 2 to 3 weeks once the reflux is controlled.
Most acid reflux does not cause injury to the esophagus or throat, but if there is inflammation or ulceration then it should heal within days. The more severe the damage, the longer it will take to heal. It might take 6 weeks of daily anti-acid treatment to heal a severely inflamed esophagus.
