I am a 40 year old male. I want to know how long does it take to fix a bulging disc?

It depends on where the bulging desk is if it’s in your neck or your back and if it’s pinching your spinal cord or spinal nerves it can take a lot longer but if you have a bulging desk you need to have a qualified chiropractor x-ray it and look deeper into the way.
This varies on the severity of the bulge and what methods of treatment are used. In my experience 6 weeks is the minimum amount of time for a bulging disc to fully heal.
