These are usually done with IV sedation and in conjunction with a bone graft in Gold Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The entire process usually takes about an hour.
If simple will be easy ,if surgical then need little bit time but usually on the Dentist and how many skills he/she has ?
15 minutes to a half hour
Depends on the front tooth It can be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. An extraction is usually faster if there is significant bone loss, periodontal disease, and if the tooth is fully intact and does not have significant decay. If a tooth has good bone levels, it will always make the extraction longer. If a tooth is broken off at the gum line or has large decay and is at high risk of breaking during the extraction, it will take longer. The good news is that front teeth only have 1 root and are ice-cream-cone shaped, so they are always faster to get out than a molar.
Usually, less than 5 mins for anterior teeth.
All depends on what condition your tooth is in and the amount of bone surrounding the tooth. Could be a few seconds or take several minutes.
It depends on many factors: How decayed is the tooth? What is the periodontal status of the tooth? Was the tooth involved in some kind of trauma many years ago that has led to ankylosis of the tooth? Are you trying to preserve thin bone for future implant placement? There is no simple answer. After anesthetic, it could be 30 seconds to 2 hours.
Depends on the status of the tooth. If a fair amount of the clinical crown is present above the gum line and the periodontal ligament surrounding the root is normal, then it can take as short as 10 minutes after getting numb. If the root is cracked or the ligaments are not present (anchored), then it will take much longer; sometimes requiring gum surgery or bone removal to extract.
Literally less than a minute. It takes longer to achieve anesthesia than to take the tooth out. Because it is a single rooted, conically shaped root, it is one of the easiest teeth to remove.
Usually, front teeth take very little time to extract. It all depends on the mobility of the tooth and the reason for extraction. For example, if the tooth is being removed due to gum disease, then the extracting time is relativity short, though there may be more bleeding due to the inflammation of the gums. If the tooth is being taken out due to decay then it may break and may need to be surgically extracted, which takes longer. Without X-rays, it's hard to give you a specific time. As long as the tooth isn't severely broken down, it's relatively easy, it's all technique, front teeth are rotated out, not pulled out. It's all about finesse.
Hope this helps.
Depends if the tooth is broken at the gumline or not, but usually not more than 30 minutes.
Hi

It should not take more than 30 minutes starting from numbing the tooth to the completion of procedure
It depends on the dentist and the situation. If the tooth is loose, after you're numb, it may take 1-2 minutes. If the tooth is broken, or the root is bent, it will take longer. And if the root is fused to the bone it will take a lot longer. Then there are the medical considerations that may lengthen the procedure. Are you taking medications? Blood thinners if any sort, including aspirin or anti-inflammatories, many supplements, or eating a lot of garlic, will inflect ce the extraction process, as well. Will you be getting a bone fill placed? That also has bearing on this. So there really is no one answer.
The time that it takes to pull any tooth depends on the state of the tooth, the technique of the dentist ,and the time it takes for local anesthesia to take effect. For a simple extraction, it should take between 20 minutes to 40 minutes.

Depends on how decyed or badly broken the tooth is that needs the extraction. Safe to say at-least 15-25mins
That depends on a lot of factors. What difference does it make how long it takes? It is more important to know how carefully it is done to not damage the bone.
Depending on the type of extraction, it can take 30 mins to an hour.
