I am a 41 year old female. I want to know how long does it take to realign your spine?

A simple answer is it all depends on how many problems or mechanical issues you have. If you have scoliosis or if you’ve had surgeries or if you have different types of arthritis that are complicating factors.
Each person has specific health/spinal issues. Depends on age/spinal subluxations/chronic/acute or injuries. There is no magic number for that.
Typically your realigned after every adjustment but staying aligned is the hard part especially if you have never been adjusted before. Your body gets use to being out of whack that when you are realigned your body doesn’t think it’s right. It takes a few treatments before it starts realizing that the alignment from the adjustments is where you should be. Everyone is also different and responds at different rates. I have some patients that I only see a handful of times and others that it takes or months depending on the condition, location and symptoms.

There is no way to determine how long it would take to realign someone's spine. Much depends on the persons age, how long they have had the condition, the severity of the problem, what their activity level is, and other factors as well. Heredity also plays a factor. Every person is unique and chiropractic is effective to create balance and correct misalignment. But, there is no way to  predict how long a particular change will take.

This depends on what the cause of your spinal misalignment is. It can take weeks or months depending on the severity of misalignment, how long the misalignment has been present, and the mechanism of injury.
Length of time to align spine depends on the severity of the spine condition.
