Depends on type of surgery done, person's potential to heal, condition that warranted the nail to be removed, etc.. typically 7-14 days for full recovery.
Toenail removal is a relatively simple procedure. Depending on what is done, recovery can take from a few days to a few weeks. I recommend you discuss with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist)
4 weeks and 2 months for the nail to start growing half size
Weeks.
If it is just a removal and going to grow back will be fine in 2 weeks, nail takes 4-6 months to grow back so be aware of that. If it is a permanent removal then will look at 4 weeks to recover. During the recovery you are allowed to do all normal activities except swimming in lakes and oceans is not recommended following the procedure for a week or 2.
If it’s just removal of the nail, regular activity can be resumed in a few days. The nail will take 6-9 months to fully regrow
It depends on what type of nail removal you have-temporary (where the nail is allowed to regrow), or permanent. It takes 2-3 weeks for a permanent nail removal to heal. It takes 9 months for a new nail to regrow after a temporary nail removal, but the actual wound from surgery is healed within 2 weeks, or so
Hi, depending on the procedure you had it can take anywhere from 1 week to few weeks.
Hi. It takes about 5-7 days
A few days usually
Most patients will heal in about one week after the toenail removal unless you have complications such as infections. Also diabetes and poor circulation can slow down the healing process.
