Depends on complexity but generally 1 hour from being to end.
Every cyst will be different; size, location, and proximity to vital structures will determine how long it takes to remove.

Thank you for reaching out to me with your question,

I can’t tell you how long it will take to remove the cyst. There’s many factors play role in this procedure. For example: Where the cyst is located, how large the cyst is, any teeth involved with the cyst. But it should be a simple procedure done by an oral surgeon so there’s nothing to worry about.
Hope everything will go well.
There are many kinds and the time will vary. Ask your dentist who is treating you.
It will depend on the size of the cyst. On average, about an hour.

This is dependent on if the tooth is still present as well as the size, shape, and form of the cyst. Typically if the tooth is present and the cyst is of moderate size and ovoid shape, the additional timing is minimal.
Please ask your oral surgeon.

If it is very large or has caused damage, the surgeon may also remove some teeth, roots, and a section of jawbone. Afterward, the cyst will be sent to a special pathologist for analysis. The whole procedure usually takes up to 1 hour.
